DIGITAL COURSES

All course registrations, memberships, digital programs, online classes, event registrations, and digital services purchased through Gita Life are non-refundable.

Once a user successfully completes payment and receives access to a course, program, event, WhatsApp group, digital content, or related services, no refund, cancellation, or exchange request will be accepted.

This policy applies to:

  • Online Courses

  • Offline Course Registrations

  • Hybrid Course Registrations

  • Event Registrations

  • Yatra Registrations

  • Membership Programs

  • Digital Content

Please review all course details carefully before making payment.

SHOP PRODUCTS

Gita Life Shop products may be eligible for replacement only under the following circumstances:

  1. The product received is damaged during delivery.

  2. The product received is defective.

  3. The wrong product was delivered.

To request a replacement, customers must:

  • Contact Gita Life within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Provide the order number and purchase details.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

  • Products used or altered by the customer.

  • Products returned without original packaging.

  • Change-of-mind purchases.

  • Digital products and course purchases.

REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Once the request is verified, Gita Life may:

  • Replace the product with the correct item.

  • Replace the damaged product.

  • Provide another suitable resolution at its discretion.

PAYMENT METHODS

All purchases are prepaid through approved online payment methods.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available unless specifically stated.
