By registering, purchasing, accessing, or using any Gita Life service, you agree to these Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Return & Refund Policy.

Gita Life offers spiritual education programs, courses, events, yatras, and community activities.

Users enrolled in online programs may receive:

  • Access to Official Gita Life Online Groups

  • Event Updates

  • Course Notifications

  • Educational Resources

Online participants are responsible for maintaining internet connectivity and access to supported devices.

  1. OFFLINE PROGRAMS

Users enrolled in offline programs are required to attend classes and activities at:

Kharghar, Panvel,
Maharashtra, India

Offline participants may receive:

  • Physical Class Access

  • Attendance Tracking

  • Event Participation

  • Community Activities

Offline participants may also be added to official Gita Life communication groups for course-related updates.

  1. WHATSAPP AND COMMUNITY GROUPS

Registered participants may be added to:

  • Official Gita Life WhatsApp Groups

  • Official Course Groups

  • Official Event Groups

Members are expected to:

  • Maintain respectful behavior

  • Avoid spam

  • Avoid offensive content

  • Follow group guidelines

Gita Life reserves the right to remove members violating community standards.

  1. ATTENDANCE SYSTEM

Gita Life may use QR-based attendance systems.

Participants may be required to scan official attendance QR codes during classes, events, and programs.

Attendance records may be used for:

  • Progress Tracking

  • Participation Reports

  • Certificates

  • Internal Administration

  1. SHOP SERVICES

Gita Life Shop offers devotional and spiritual products.

Products may include:

  • Bhagavad Gita

  • Spiritual Books

  • Tulasi Mala

  • Bead Bags

  • Tilak

  • Devotional Items

Orders are subject to product availability.

  1. PAYMENTS

All course registrations, event registrations, yatra registrations, and shop purchases must be completed through approved online payment methods.

Payment confirmation is required before access or delivery is provided.

  1. REFUND POLICY

Digital Products and Course Registrations

All course registrations, memberships, digital programs, online classes, and digital services are non-refundable.

Physical Products

Replacement requests may be accepted only if:

  • Product is damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect product is delivered

  • Product is defective

  1. CERTIFICATES

Gita Life may issue certificates for eligible programs.

Issuance of certificates is subject to attendance, participation, and course completion requirements.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, logos, course materials, videos, graphics, text, and branding associated with Gita Life remain the property of Gita Life unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use content without written permission.

  1. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

  • Provide false information

  • Interfere with platform operations

  • Engage in unlawful activities

  • Harass other users

  1. TERMINATION

Gita Life reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services for users who violate these Terms of Service.
